Woodland features a multi-activity, individual choice, and skill-building program. The limited number of campers enrolled in our camps assures daily access to favorite activities. Instruction & coaching at all levels is provided so as to challenge the fifth year camper as well as reassure the first timer to try something new. This is a unique feature of our program - an activity isn't fun until you know how to do it! Each camper also participates and is a welcome member of a team where restrictive competition is avoided without losing the spirit of the game. Tutoring in academics is available. Canoe and Lake Superior sailing trips complement the in-camp skills programs. With lots of variety, freedom to make your own choices and terrific counselors to teach you how to do it, Woodland is "simply the best" place to spend your summers! |
